Alexandria Henderson graduated from Georgetown University with a double major in Government and Psychology and a minor in Women's and Gender Studies. Exploring the intersection between psychology and the legal system, she worked as a research assistant for the Community Research Group on their protective orders project. Her honors thesis in psychology focused on qualitative, defendant-centered research that engaged with perceptions of legitimacy and procedural justice. She hopes to be an attorney one day in order to further her commitment to equitable access to justice and advocating for underserved communities.

Background:Leadership development and professional identity formation are critical to early interprofessional training (Shrivastava et al., 2022). This study analyzed self-reflections from second-year medical (DO) students who co-led interprofessional education (IPE) sessions with Clinical Psychology doctoral (PsyD) students as an IPE requirement. Leadership training was integrated into the curriculum by scaffolding the learning experiences across cohorts.
