Andrea Pfeifle, EdD PT FNAP is the Associate Vice President for The Ohio State University and its Wexner Medical Center. She is Immediate Past President of the National Academies of Practice and amember of its Physical Therapy Academy. She has also served as AIHC Chair and participates in numerous committees and work groups for the organization.

Demands on interprofessional leaders in healthcare and education have significantly worsened the problem of burnout. This lightning talk will present a cross-institutional interprofessional education (IPE) pilot program with medical and pharmacy students working in various clinical settings to enhance collaboration, role clarity, and patient-centered care.
