Dr. Ryan Haddad is a clinician educator and has taught at Creighton University since 1990. My teaching interests include student professional and personal development, health disparities, implicit bias, imposter phenomenon, social determinants of health, and underserved/vulnerable populations. My research interests include the scholarship of teaching and learning and assessment of interprofessional student teams. I thrive on mentoring fellow faculty and students on projects, and I have worked collaboratively with interprofessional faculty teams on several scholarly projects and IPE courses developed with a focus on vulnerable populations.

The Creighton Interprofessional Collaborative Evaluation (C-ICE) tool plays a key role in assessing students' ability to demonstrate the Interprofessional Education Collaborative (IPEC) Core Competencies within both clinical and simulated settings. The C-ICE is recognized as the only instrument to assess behavioral change in a team's performance, evaluating collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
