Dr. Bailey Rankin is the Graduate Nursing Chair and an Assistant Professor of Nursing at the University of Southern Indiana. He teaches in the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program and remains active in clinical practice as an APRN in pulmonary and critical care. Dr. Rankin is deeply involved in curriculum development, clinical coordination, and interprofessional education. He serves on multiple hospital committees focused on quality improvement and APRN practice. His scholarly interests include systems thinking, simulation-based learning, and improving outcomes through advanced practice nursing education.

This poster presents a qualitative educational initiative that explored how structured interprofessional collaboration between Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) and Respiratory Therapy (RT) students enhances communication, teamwork, and collaborative care planning.
