Cassie Eno, PhD, is the Assistant Dean for Evaluation and Analytics and Associate Professor in the Department of Medical Education at Creighton University. She is responsible for wholistic evaluation of the educational programs, outcomes measurement for the School of Medicine strategic plan, and facilitating the presentation of School of Medicine educational and evaluation data to aid leadership in decision making. Her research interests in medical education include a focus on the impact of individual difference factors and educational innovations on student learning outcomes and satisfaction.

The Creighton Interprofessional Collaborative Evaluation (C-ICE) tool plays a key role in assessing students' ability to demonstrate the Interprofessional Education Collaborative (IPEC) Core Competencies within both clinical and simulated settings. The C-ICE is recognized as the only instrument to assess behavioral change in a team's performance, evaluating collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
