Dr. Cecile M. Foshee is a leader in health professions education and a Board-Certified Coach with deep expertise in interprofessional team development. She serves as Director of the Office of Interprofessional Learning at Cleveland Clinic and the Master of Education in Health Professions Education program, a joint initiative with Cleveland State University. Holding a PhD in Educational Technology and a postdoctoral fellowship in medical education, Dr. Foshee integrates innovation, systems thinking, and team science to transform clinical learning environments. She promotes reflective practice through initiatives that focus on enhancing interprofessional collaborative practices.
