Erin B. Parchman is a proud Montana native whose roots in the country instilled a strong work ethic and deep compassion for others. She earned her Master’s degree in Respiratory Education from Weber State University and currently holds RRT, CPFT, and AE-C credentials. With a robust clinical background that spans ICU and Trauma Care, whole-body health, and sleep medicine, Erin brings a wealth of expertise to both bedside care and academic instruction. Her service in the U.S. Air Force further shaped her dedication to leadership and excellence. Now serving as an Assistant Professor and Director of Clinical Education for the Respiratory Therapy Program at the University of Southern Indiana, Erin is committed to shaping future respiratory therapists through innovative education and hands-on mentorship.

This poster presents a qualitative educational initiative that explored how structured interprofessional collaboration between Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) and Respiratory Therapy (RT) students enhances communication, teamwork, and collaborative care planning.
