Gundy Sweet, PharmD, is Assistant Dean for Curriculum and Assessment, and clinical professor at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy. She earned her PharmD degree at the University of the Pacific and completed two years of post-graduate training in clinical pharmacy practice. Dr. Sweet is responsible for ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and providing continuous review of the pharmacy curriculum and student outcomes. She is actively engaged with the work for the U-M Center for Interprofessional Education (IPE) and is co-chair of the IPE Curriculum Committee. Her teaching includes collaborating with others to integrate IPE offerings within the PharmD program.

Background:Giving and receiving feedback is a critical component for enhancing team performance, allowing learners the opportunity for self-reflection and to identify areas for improvement.
