Ileana Ratiu, PhD, CCC-SLP, is the Program Director and Clinical Associate Professor of the MS in Communication Disorders at Arizona State University’s College of Health Solutions. A licensed speech-language pathologist and expert in bilingualism, cognition, and traumatic brain injury, she leads research on executive function, memory, and communication disorders. Dr. Ratiu has received national research funding, published widely in peer-reviewed journals, and mentors students across all levels. She served as Vice President of the Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona and is an active member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Psychonomic Society.

This lightening talk will present how Interprofessional champion faculty, providers, and students from across multiple Arizona State University colleges and programs collaborated to address gaps in knowledge, skills, strategies, and performance related to real-world, team-based care delivery.
