Jennifer L. Burba, MSEd is an experienced higher education administrator who currently serves as Deputy Director of Operations at the IU Interprofessional Practice and Education Center, where she co-leads strategic planning, curriculum management, and HR operations. Jennifer also holds adjunct faculty positions at both Indiana University and Purdue University, teaching courses in leadership, human behavior, and organizational development. Her background spans educational leadership, human resources, curriculum design, data analysis, and program evaluation. She is a published researcher, frequent presenter at national conferences, and an active contributor to university service and professional organizations.
