Dr. Jennifer Peterson, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner and experienced nursing educator with a strong background in academic leadership, curriculum development, and clinical practice. She currently serves as Graduate Nursing Chair at the College of Saint Benedict, where she has led the successful accreditation of MSN and DNP programs. Dr. Peterson is an award-winning presenter and serves in leadership roles within the National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties. She is actively involved in simulation education, mentoring, and community engagement. Her work reflects a deep commitment to advancing nursing education and improving health outcomes through service and scholarship.

• Background & Statement of Problem:Securing quality clinical placements for nurse practitioner (NP) students remains a national challenge (Gigli & Gonzalez, 2022; McInnis et al., 2021).
