Dr Sreenan is board certified anatomical and clinical pathology and was a partner in Lima Pathology Associates for 27 years. He has a passion for teaching throughout his career teaching courses at Ohio Northern University and Ohio State University, Lima Campus. He has served and chaired numerous hospital committees, is member of the Advisory Board at OSU, Lima, served on the LCC School Board, and was chair of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Lima. He has served as the Program Director for the Community Medicine Track at OSU College of Medicine since inception.

This lightning talk will present a cross-institutional interprofessional education (IPE) pilot program with medical and pharmacy students working in various clinical settings to enhance collaboration, role clarity, and patient-centered care. We will discuss the program’s design, integrating the I-LEAP model and Ohio State’s IPE curriculum, across three clinical settings: a closed ICU, Neurology ICU, and Med/Surg floor.
