Katerina Kornievskaia is a fourth-year PharmD student at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy. She earned her BS in Biochemistry from the University of Michigan. Her professional interests include interdisciplinary care, medical communication, and the sharing of scientific information across clinical and public health settings. She is particularly passionate about improving how healthcare professionals collaborate to enhance patient outcomes. Katerina is currently involved in research on interprofessional education and health literacy in clinical trials, and she recently completed a clinical affairs internship focused on Phase 2 clinical trial development.

Background:Giving and receiving feedback is a critical component for enhancing team performance, allowing learners the opportunity for self-reflection and to identify areas for improvement. However, published data suggest that students may struggle with providing constructive feedback to peers on team performance.
