Kathy earned a BS in Athletic Training from Northeastern University, MS in PA studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and DScPAS from MCPHS University. She has been a physician associate in emergency medicine for over 20 years. She has been a faculty member at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy for the last 12 years, seven as Assistant PA Program Director. Currently Kathy coordinates the Clinical Management course and co-coordinates the physical exam lab for the second year students. Kathy is a member of Pi Alpha and Alpha Eta National Honor Societies.

Objective: This study evaluates the impact of age on facilitator evaluations of team performance during interprofessional Team Observed Structured Clinical Encounters (TOSCEs). Methods: TOSCEs included students from pharmacy, physician assistant, dental hygiene, and nursing schools utilizing paid actors as standardized patients. Students were assigned 30 min peer-evaluated patient cases focused on interprofessional collaboration in a medical emergency involving opioid use. Cases were run 16 times with 2-3 learners per case.
