Kelly Buchanan is clinical psychology doctoral candidate from Winston Salem, NC. She received her undergraduate degree from UNC Chapel Hill in 2013 and her Master of Arts in Psychology at Wake Forest University. She has worked with youth, parents, and teachers across clinical, recreation and educational settings. Her research interests focus broadly on improving outcomes for autistic youth, often through support and training for parents and teachers. She is currently completing her predoctoral internship at Kennedy Kreiger Institute in Baltimore, MD.

The Partnership with Autistic and Neurodiverse Adults (PANDA) Project is an umbrella term for a multitude of community-engaged, interprofessional programs that share the overarching goal of providing high-quality services that help neurodiverse individuals to lead productive, skilled lives in ways that are meaningful to them.
