Kesha V. James, MA, PMP is the Assistant Director for Outreach & Conferences for Institute for Digital Health & Innovation. In this position, she oversees the management of grants, conferences, events, and other outreach efforts. She also serves as the LMS administrator for the LearnOnDemand.Org website, which launched in 2013. She received her Master of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication (MAIOC) from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In 2021, she received her certification as a Project Management Professional from PMI.Org.

Introduction:Despite the widespread endorsement of the Interprofessional Education Collaborative (IPEC) competencies and broad implementation of trainee-focused events, structured opportunities for the current healthcare workforce to deepen interprofessional skills are limited.
