Kevin Grunden is a Speech-Language Pathologist at Blue Ridge PACE in Charlottesville, Va. He received M.S. degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University in 2000. He has been specializing in swallowing disorders and dementia management for 25 years. He has contributed to the development of Speech – Language Pathology services in a variety of settings including acute care, outpatient, SNF / LTC and PACE (Program for All Inclusive Care for the Elderly). His current focus is on development of a program for non-pharmacological management of dementia to facilitate aging in place.
