Michelle Cote, B.A.
Program Coordinator
University of New England

Michelle is thrilled to be part of the UNE team, coordinating interprofessional events on Portland/Biddeford campuses and serving as an ambassador for interprofessional education among healthcare, arts and sciences students. Michelle received her B.A. in both Graphic Design and Communications Media from Salve Regina University in 2005, where she was a founding member of its AIGA (American Institute for Graphic Arts) student group. She served as creative director of a daily newspaper for 13 years, where she was recognized several times by the Maine Press Association for her design and layout campaigns. Her greatest love is spending time with family, which includes her husband and four sons. They are often found exploring Maine beaches, camping, hiking, gardening, tenting, cooking, taking road trips to new regions, playing sports, attending UNE hockey games, immersing themselves in arts and crafts, and singing to favorite musical showtunes – often several or more at the same time!
