Mohamed Ait Aiss is the Director of Education Informatics for The University of Texas at MD Cancer Center. His research focuses on enhancing handoff communication by applying systems engineering and quality improvement strategies to support clinicians. This involves providing targeted training and leveraging data and technology within our electronic health record system.He has led both small- and large-scale handoff initiatives aimed at standardizing processes across the continuum of care, advancing patient safety, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
