Mollie Cherson is the Lead Behavioral Health Consultant with Jefferson Health. She has worked within Integrated Behavioral Health for over seven years and the mental health field for over ten years. Mollie completed her Master of Philosophy in Social and Developmental Psychology from the University of Cambridge in the UK, Master of Social Work from Temple University and is a graduate of the PCBH Leadership Course. She lives in the Philadelphia suburbs and enjoys time with her family and staying active.

This talk will address the theme of “Advancing Interprofessional Care through Practice-Education Partnership” by describing a model of workplace learning and continuing professional development. Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) is an interprofessional, workplace learning model developed to build the capacity of healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based care focusing on complex condition/s and/or underserved populations.
