Nichole has over 20 years of healthcare experience and more than a decade of simulation experience. She started the Virtual Reality Simulation Program at the Cleveland Clinic, which included expanding to all national and international locations. Nichole and her team conducted the first multi-continental simulation using virtual reality in early 2024. She is a regular presenter at simulation conferences and has several publications in simulation journals.
