Nicole Weinhold earned a BS in biology and a BA in psychology at La Salle University and completed research in antibiotic resistance during her undergraduate years. She is currently working towards her doctorate in osteopathic medicine at PCOM as a third-year medical student. She has dedicated her time outside of studying to Addiction Medicine, Preventive Medicine, and Inclusion group efforts in the Philadelphia community. She continues to pursue her interest in psychology and her passion for interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve her goal of providing well-rounded patient care.

This presentation explores an interprofessional education (IPE) module featuring a powerful narrative from a 53-year-old psychologist, ovarian cancer survivor, mother, and alumna of the host institution.
