Sarah Marrs, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Gerontology and Director of Research at the Virginia Center on Aging, University Commonwealth University (VCU). She has extensive experience developing and evaluating educational programs and teach research methodology courses, which encompass components of program evaluation. Her research spans quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods with current interests in perceptions of aging and workforce development issues relating to advancement of interprofessional, collaborative, and person-centered care, as well as interventions for and prevention of abuse in later life.
