Sarah McKendry, OTD, OTR/L is an occupational therapist specializing in chronic condition management and passionate about interprofessional collaboration and health equity. A University of Pittsburgh graduate, she coordinates OT services and student volunteers at the Birmingham Free Clinic, directs the Pennsylvania AHEC Scholars and Pipeline programs, and operates her own private OT practice. Sarah partners with community health organizations to expand access to care and promote interprofessional education. Her professional goals are to advance care for underserved communities and mentor the next generation of health professionals through collaboration, education, and community engagement.
