Sarah is starting her second year of pharmacy residency at University of Michigan Health (UMH), specializing in Pain Management and Palliative Care. Sarah is a 2024 graduate from The University of Michigan College of Pharmacy and recently completed her first year of residency at UMH in 2025. Current career interests include pain management, palliative care, and use-disorder support, as well as working within academia and inspiring new learners.

Background:Giving and receiving feedback is a critical component for enhancing team performance, allowing learners the opportunity for self-reflection and to identify areas for improvement. However, published data suggest that students may struggle with providing constructive feedback to peers on team performance.
