Dr. Brody is an experienced nursing educator, IPE facilitator, and leader specializing in curriculum development, workforce retention, and evidence-based programming. As an Assistant Professor at UTMB School of Nursing, she shapes undergraduate nursing education and student success. Previously, she co-managed MD Anderson Cancer Center’s Nurse Residency Program, supporting nurse retention and professional growth. A committed scholar, she has presented on Stay Rounds at Sigma’s Research Congress and secured a Shine Academy Small Grant for nursing education innovation. She holds a DNP and MSN in Leadership, along with certifications in nursing education and executive leadership.
