I , Dr.Swet Nisha , currently a Mentee in the AIHC Mentoring Program 2024. As passionate learner and dentist by profession at my present working institute - Haldia Institute Of Dental Sciences and Research , I have implemented Interprofessional Educational sessions related to Medical emergencies management in dental practice among healthcare professionals . We have Interprofessional Education (IPE) team members and weekly activities to promote IPE. We did had challenges and barriers in building IPE teams and still overcoming the challenges . I will be happy to share my experiences and journey of IPE.
