Andrew G. Lemmen is a medical student at Wayne State University School of Medicine with a strong academic foundation in neuroscience and a focused interest in psychiatry. He holds a B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan and has conducted research on psychopharmacology, neurobiology, and student mental health. BackgroundMedical school is intensely challenging—academically, emotionally, and socially—with the post-COVID shift to virtual learning only deepening students’ struggles.
