Dana Scheunemann, PhD, MS, RD, CD
Assistant professor at Mount Mary University for the Integrated Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Additionally, she serves as the program director for the Advanced Master of Science in Dietetics.
Scheunemann has presented on artificial intelligence in education and dietetics at the Nutrition and Dietetic Educators and Preceptors’ annual conference, in the Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo learning lounge, and for the Wisconsin Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
She currently serves on the boards of editors for the Nutrition Care Manual, Nutrition Care Process Terminology, and The Journal of Dietetic Education.

This Lightning Talk highlights an innovative Interprofessional Education (IPE) workshop—IPEssentials—hosted by the Medical College of Wisconsin, which brought together over 500 health professions students from 10 diverse programs across the Milwaukee area.
