Emily Freeman is the Director of the UAMS Center for Faculty Excellence. She is a member of the American Association of Medical Colleges Group on Faculty Affairs, a DDI certified trainer, an ESCI certified facilitator for Emotional Intelligence, and a Cook Ross Unconscious Bias trainer. Emily is ABD on her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from the University of Central Arkansas. She holds a Master of Health Sciences Administration from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a Bachelor of Speech Communication from Arkansas Tech University.
