Dr. Snodgrass serves as Dean of the College of Health Sciences, where he oversees more than 20 academic programs and four clinics. The College is a key component of the Academic Health Sciences Center, which includes five health-related colleges. Prior to his current role, he served as Associate Dean for Academic and Clinical Affairs within the College. Before joining ETSU, Dr. Snodgrass was a professor of healthcare administration and occupational therapy, and served as the chair of the Department of Occupational Therapy at Milligan University. He has also held graduate faculty appointments at Walden University, the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, and Bethel University. Dr. Snodgrass serves as a peer reviewer for several academic journals and has held leadership positions at both the state and national levels within professional healthcare associations. His scholarly work includes peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters on topics such as leadership, rehabilitation, prevention of work-related disorders, healthcare ethics, and ergonomics.

This lightning talk describes the creation of an interprofessional faculty fellowship through the collaboration of a College of Health Sciences and a Center for Interprofessional Collaboration at a state university.
