Jodi Waterhouse, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Programs at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus’s Multidisciplinary Center on Aging (MCoA). Since joining in 2019, Jodi has been instrumental in driving forward initiatives that enhance the lives of older adults through education, policy, and community engagement. In her current role, Jodi continues to forge significant partnerships across various sectors. She collaborates with the five Anschutz Medical Campus health sciences schools/colleges—Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Public Health, and Nursing and a variety of community and industry partners—to expand educational, research, and outreach initiatives.

Person-centeredness is essential to holistic health care and requires collaboration of healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers. The University of Colorado (CU) delivers a one-credit Interprofessional Collaborative Practice (IPCP) course for 650 first-year students from dentistry, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, physician assistant, and physical therapy programs.
