Mia Lussier, PharmD, MS, is a graduate of Wilkes University where she received her Doctor of Pharmacy in 2020. She then completed a two-year post-doctoral fellowship in health services research with Geisinger in the Center for Pharmacy Innovation and Outcomes with a focus on geriatric ambulatory care practice and translational research. Dr. Lussier has a practice site at UHS in Endwell, NY where she helps with individual patient management and population health efforts. Her research interests include chronic conditions, health policy, and underserved communities.

Panel discussions are widely used in health professions education to foster collaboration and engagement, yet there is limited evidence guiding their effective design or impact on interprofessional learning.
