Stephanie de Sam Lazaro is Associate Professor and Interprofessional Education Director for the Institute of Simulation and Interprofessional Learning (I-SAIL) at St. Catherine University. Her clinical background is in pediatric occupational therapy. Her teaching focuses on the occupational therapy role and process with children, adolescents, and their families, evidence-based practice in interprofessional healthcare teams, and interprofessional team skills through curricular, co-curricular, and simulation-based learning experiences. Stephanie's scholarship agenda includes a focus on innovative and best practices in intra- and interprofessional teaching and learning strategies, including simulation.
