Tiffany Crawford, PharmD Candidate 2026 Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy Tiffany Crawford is a fourth-year pharmacy student at Virginia Commonwealth University with a strong interest in emergency medicine and trauma-informed care. She brings prior experience as an EMT and pharmacy technician, and has completed diverse clinical rotations including emergency medicine, correctional health, and infectious disease. Tiffany has contributed to research under Dr. Tammy Nguyen and served as a teaching assistant for interprofessional education. A passionate advocate for health equity, she aims to improve care for underserved populations through clinical excellence and leadership.

Preparing students to be informed, open-minded, and engaged for large Interprofessional Education (IPE) activities that take place in the late afternoon or other unfavorable times can be challenging. Use of innovative, technology-inclusive approaches can help educators improve readiness for interprofessional collaboration.
