Shaterra Blocker, M.S., is the Assistant Director for the USF Health Office of Interprofessional Education and Practice, where she leads efforts to advance interprofessional collaboration across education and clinical practice. She oversees faculty and student programming, simulation development, and strategic partnerships that promote team-based, patient-centered care. With over a decade of experience in Undergraduate Medical Education, she previously served as a senior administrator in academic support, career advising, and student affairs. Shaterra’s project management, student success, and program development background inform her commitment to building collaborative learning environments that prepare future healthcare professionals to work effectively across disciplines.
